27+. My dad had too take me if he wanted to go out, I was still in diapers.

First Bird

Wood duck, It was a cold rainy day on a small flowage in NW Wisconsin... I had gone thru 3 boxes of shell's working on my 4th. When the crafty Woodie swooped thru the decoy's and on my 3rd shot he the young drake fell victim to the wall of steel.

Why Like Hunting

The challenge that it can put on yourself both mentally and physically. I love the taste too

Techniques / Strategies

Getting out and scouting. Even the most heavily hunted refuge's have there honey holes. A person just has to be willing to put the effort into finding them.

Favorite Hunt

Though I was hooked from the beggining It had to be my first hunt with a gun. I'll alway's be indebted to my Father for introducing me to the sport that I love. I can only hope I can do as good of a job as my father did with my brother and I, to love and respect waterfowl hunting as much as the three of did and continue to.
