RefugeRat.com announces the selection of Craig Mitchell as the 2010-2011 Rat of the Year. The annual Rat of the Year announcement represents the recognition of one public access duck or goose hunter from North America that has mastered the hunting skills and field behaviors required to consistently excel on public lands, and achieve frequent successful hunts.
